And it delivers! Nick Nilsson, creator of this course, is a certifiable training maniac who practices what he preaches, and he looks the part, too! He’s come up with a comprehensive bodybuilding and strength- and power-building system that can change your body’s physiology. This is one of the most scientifically-based courses I’ve seen yet (and I’ve seen a LOT) and Nick not only tells you about the science, he explains it and then shows you how to incorporate it into the program.

But don’t worry. You don’t have to think about any of this stuff. It’s all laid out for you. Simply follow the plan and a month from now, you could very well have a body that you only dreamed of before.
